Future owners already making themselves at home with exclusive events and benefits

Since the announcement of The Chase Park Plaza’s plans to create St. Louis’ first living spaces atop a world-class hotel ― The Private Residences ― excitement for the development has steadily increased. Half of the units are already reserved. Although the first move-in date is expected in July 2008, The Private Residences community has started to gel, with owners partaking in the world-class amenities and services that will be part of their future homes.

“Our prospective residents may not physically be living with us now, but that doesn’t mean they can’t begin to enjoy the many benefits that come with being part of The Chase Park Plaza,” explained Jim Smith, one of the developers of The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza and the hotel. “With the unique nature of the homes, our residents will be a community unlike any other in St. Louis. This will be a community that extends beyond the physical structure. It will become a community built on relationships. No one knows this better than our experienced hotel and building staff, who will be on call to pick up groceries, arrange for theatre tickets, walk pets and welcome residents home.”

To provide future owners with a glimpse of what awaits them, The Chase Park Plaza has started to host various events that, like The Private Residences, are beyond compare. In early October, residents were treated to a private recipe tasting of the seasonal menu for Eau Bistro with chef de cuisine, Marie-Anne Perez. This past summer, residents enjoyed gourmet picnic baskets paired with an evening at neighborhood attractions like The Muny, Shakespeare in the Park and Twilight Tuesdays. More community-building events are planned for the holiday season and new year. Future owners are also tied together with a monthly newsletter.

“Our future owners are eager to move into their new homes, and our staff is equally excited to meet the newest residents of this storied building,” said Smith. “This is going to be their home, and we are aiming for residents to feel like it already is.”
