This custom comes from the belief that achieving balance among the five senses is the essence of healthy living. Bringing glasses together as part of a toast reminds us of the importance of this balance, and symbolizes the sense of sound…harmoniously joining the other four senses that are represented in fine wine.

Inspired by this tradition, Santé Fitness & Wellness Center will offer The Private Residences community a comfortable place to find the balance needed for a life of longevity, energy and happiness. If it’s simply fitness and exercise you want, you can take advantage of Sante’s state-of-the-art, 18,000-square-foot fitness facility. You’ll also have the opportunity to craft a personalized fitness regimen designed to align wellness goals with your lifestyle. Classes will take full advantage of neighboring Forest Park, bringing nature and fitness together. Now that’s true balance.
