The development team of The Chase Park Plaza recently welcomed Cristina Rosi to serve as the director of leasing for the hotel’s redeveloped Executive Suites.
Rosi brings nearly a decade’s worth of experience in the corporate housing market. She previously served as The Chase Park Plaza’s corporate apartments leasing manager, until the units were closed in late 2006 for the creation of the new Executive Suites. For the past two years, she continued her work in corporate housing with Conrad Properties. The Executive Suites are scheduled to open in May.
“Rosi’s relationships with our regular extended guests, familiarity with the building and known commitment to the hotel’s standards of service made her the natural choice for the position,” said Marcia Smith Niedringhaus, developer of The Chase Park Plaza. “We’re delighted to welcome her back as we begin to receive new and past guests to the Executive Suites.”
There are 51 Executive Suites on floors six through eight of The Park Plaza Tower. Lease terms for the suites start with a minimum 30-day agreement. Each unit is fully furnished, with deluxe housewares, weekly housekeeping service, complimentary use of the new Santé fitness and wellness center, a completely renovated interior and more. One-bedroom floor plans range from 500 sq. ft. to more than 1,000 sq. ft. For more information, contact Rosi at 314.633.1002.
“The restoration of The Park Plaza Tower opens a new chapter in the building’s storied history. There are new hotel rooms, the Executive Suites and The Private Residences,” said Smith Niedringhaus. “The first units of The Private Residences are nearing completion for this summer. We’re eager to open the doors soon for both our residents and Executive Suites’ guests as well.”
