In addition to serving as an informal community gathering area, the Savoy room can be reserved for private events. The Chase Park Plaza’s Director of Catering, Kelly Rosenblatt, suggests the room lends itself well for nonprofit board meetings/dinners, baby and bridal showers, cocktail fundraisers, rehearsal dinners and even small wedding receptions.  

“Whether residents entertain in their homes, one of our private rooms or the Savoy Room, they have access to everything in the hotel,” said Kelly. “Our catering staff will assist with every imaginable detail, from customized menus to tailored lighting to hiring entertainment and much more.
