Dianna Lucas, seasoned wellness specialist, shares the tools you need for preparing healthy meals without adding stress to your already hectic schedule. Join Dianna for her presentation “Whole Food on the Fly” presented by Santé at The Chase Park Plaza on Wednesday, August 27, and learn a variety of ways to prepare healthy foods on the go. The 6 p.m. seminar will include tips for preparing foods in advance, nutritious lunch ideas and recipes for creating healthy meals in a single skillet. Attendees will enjoy refreshments and samples from the chef, in addition to a complimentary Santé day pass and validated parking. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook to capture Dianna’s helpful tips.
