Making a Bold Move

Wednesday, February 13th, 2008

When it comes to a “bold move,” future residents Lisa and Peter Sinton are a couple to watch. The Sinton family visited St. Louis only days before the ninth floor units were locked in, allowing them the chance to tour the displays, pick selections on the spot, meet with their architect and choose closet features before catching a plane home.

We’re so glad that we were able to meet the family’s needs in their tight timeframe. Lisa told me the next day, “We slept so well last night … we love the building, love the neighborhood and are so excited to bring our family to St. Louis.”

When the couple relocates this summer, their 6-year-old and 3-year-old will also join them, adding to the number of families who are choosing The Private Residences as their future home. Welcome home, Sinton family!

With drywall installation around the corner, the ninth floor’s remaining four units will be specified with designer-inspired decor, two in the traditional style and two with a more contemporary flair. Each home will be distinct, of course, with various finishes and fixtures from our on-site design center. No neighbor will be alike!

Have you had the chance to see the progress on the floors 10 and up? There’s still plenty of time to visualize and customize your future home!

The Allure of the Central West End

Monday, January 7th, 2008

Over the holidays, we caught this article about our neighborhood. I’ve heard from some future residents that the allure of the Central West End was key in their decision to choose The Private Residences, and I can understand why!

The roughly two-block area around McPherson and Euclid avenues now offers shoppers everything from paintings and prints to antiques, custom-made furniture, designer furnishings and interior design and historic restoration services.

It is so nice to read about how great the neighborhood is and further demonstrates the commitment people have made towards its growth and success. It truly reflects the culture of this unique district. Future Chase residents may not realize yet just how wonderful the neighborhood really is and will continue to become –it should be reassuring for buyers to know that some of the top area interior designers and shop owners are also making their homes here.

The area really does have so much to offer, culturally and architecturally, and The Chase is a great anchor of the Central West End. With so many resources just steps from the front door, life at The Chase will truly be exceptional.

Even native St. Louisans who have spent time in the Central West End before but are now moving here I think will be pleasantly surprised. It’s really more than just a neighborhood; life at The Private Residences is a warm, friendly community of diverse people and it’s an exclusive lifestyle. After meeting with a buyer this morning for her selections, she told me “this was the opportunity we couldn’t miss”.
