Good Tidings!

[City View]The holiday season is a time for reflection on the past year, and anticipation for the next. The Park Plaza Tower's transformation into The Private Residences progressed on target during 2008, and we will soon celebrate the first holiday season with our new neighbors on the ninth and tenth floors. We look forward to adding to the community throughout 2009, with more families arriving in January on floor eleven. It's gratifying to see more and more people begin to live the vision we set out to create with The Private Residences—a finer standard of urban living with all of the conveniences of a neighborhood.

Please join us in a toast to new beginnings, old friends and a shared hope for making new holiday memories as part of The Chase family.

Santé and Happy Holidays!
