Making a Bold Move
When it comes to a “bold move,” future residents Lisa and Peter Sinton are a couple to watch. The Sinton family visited St. Louis only days before the ninth floor units were locked in, allowing them the chance to tour the displays, pick selections on the spot, meet with their architect and choose closet features before catching a plane home.
“When we chose The Chase, it was just like becoming part of a bigger family,” Lisa said. “The process couldn’t have gone more smoothly and was absolutely stress-free. Now I feel like I can just move in and pay attention to my kids.”
Sauce Magazine Dishes on Eau Bistro Chef de Cuisine
After hosting future residents in late 2007 for a private recipe tasting and tutorial, Marie-Anne Perez, Eau Bistro chef de cuisine, recently interviewed with St. Louis’ Sauce Magazine for a January feature.
Marie-Anne was singled out in the article for her flair in skillfully preparing “bold, flavorful world-class fare” that is highly influenced by her own world experiences—“at Eau, each dish serves as a travelogue … homage to Perez’s traveling past and culturally diverse childhood.”
Future residents will be able to regularly indulge in Marie-Anne’s creative menus, either as a guest of Eau Bistro or with personal catering services.
Construction Progressing Smoothly
Interior demolition is now complete. Crews have started on the new infrastructure for The Private Residences, including installation of new electrical and plumbing systems. The ninth floor’s remaining four units will be finished with designer-inspired decor, two in a traditional style and two with a more contemporary flair.
Upper floors are still available for customization.
