The Private Residences: Purrr-fect for Pampered Pets

[Dog]When moving to new homes at The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza, families will need to consider their four-legged friends' transition as much as their own. Fortunately, The Chase and the surrounding Central West End neighborhood have already taken that transition into consideration.

Within The Chase, residents can take advantage of the third-floor garden terrace. This "backyard" of sorts will have a specially designated pet area with provided supplies to keep the area clean. The Private Residences' designated concierges will also be happy to arrange pet-walking and pet-sitting with the most trusted services in the area.

Just outside the doors of The Chase sits a pampered pet's paradise: Forest Park. The park's miles of walking trails and monuments provide pets (and their owners) a lovely view for exercise. The canine event of the year—Bark in the Park—is held in Forest Park each May.

Beyond Forest Park, the Central West End offers many amenities, including a dog run at 4597 Olive Street and Wolfgang's Pet Stop, voted 2007's Best Pet Store by the Riverfront Times.

STAFF PROFILE: Cristina Rosi Returns for the Suite Life

Cristina RosiIn this ongoing series, Coming Home profiles people you may encounter as you make The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza your home. In this issue, Coming Home speaks with Cristina Rosi, director of leasing for the Executive Suites.

What are you most looking forward to for the future of The Chase Park Plaza?
I believe the myriad of activity at The Chase will further solidify the property as one of the anchors in the Central West End. The Chase Park Plaza is a huge statement for the city. There's a lot of excitement surrounding the redevelopment of the building.

What makes the Executive Suites stand out?
Guests staying in one of the 51 Executive Suites enjoy all of the amenities and services available to guests of our four-diamond hotel. I think people enjoy and appreciate the convenient lifestyle we offer. We do everything we can to make the process as streamlined and as simple as possible. Everything is handled and available in one location—accommodations, dining, entertainment, and health and fitness. It's all in The Chase!

Who will use the Executive Suites?
The reasons for people staying in our Executive Suites vary. We have people stay for business reasons like corporate relocations and temporary assignments. Others stay here for the proximity to the city or the hospitals, or because they need a place to stay due to a delayed real estate transaction. We also have people make their home here for seasonal living.
