Chase Park Plaza Celebrates Its People

Once a year, the executive team of The Chase Park Plaza hosts the annual Stars & Diamonds gala for the people who create the ultimate experience for overnight guests and local visitors alike. On March 2, Chase Park Plaza staff celebrated in the grand Khorassan Ballroom, honoring those whose service has been exemplary.
“At the core of The Chase Park Plaza experience are the people committed to going above and beyond for our guests,” said Jim Smith, one of the developers of the building. “We take great joy in giving that same service to the people who live our promise of excellence every day.”
Resident Profile: Finding Your Home In Your Office
Judy Korn helped to form The Private Residences sales team in 2006. In 2007, she purchased a home of her own. A St. Louis native who has lived in the city nearly half her life, Judy is moving from a downtown loft. The opportunity to have everything she needs and wants within the Central West End are great benefits for her … and other residents. Judy also markets the properties as a realtor with RE/MAX Properties West.

For its official opening last month, Santé Fitness & Wellness was previewed on KMOX-AM. Santé Fitness Director Joy Rowberry was a guest on the Health and Fitness Show, a KMOX radio program hosted by radio and television personality and personal trainer Monica Adams, who noted she’ll be making a visit to Santé soon. Progress Update: Power In The Park Plaza
Ameren/UE recently energized a new transformer especially designed and dedicated to feed the corporate apartments and Private Residences. Permanent power is now available through the 16th floor.
“It’s sometimes hard to believe how fast the project has moved,” said Marcia Smith Niedringhaus, one of the developers of The Chase Park Plaza. “This is just one step closer to welcoming our first residents home—we’re officially leaving the lights on for them!”
